Because every Bottega Studio Kids piece is individually embroidered after your order is placed, personalised products cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.
Non-personalised products may be returned within 14 days of delivery if they are unused, unworn and in their original packaging.
Please contact us before sending any return so we can assist you throughout the process.

Personalised products are made exclusively for you and cannot be returned unless faulty.

Damaged products
If your parcel arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours including photographs.

Refunds
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method after inspection.
